Business Research Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research and analytics on the real estate market and current trends
2. Manage client relationships, including client support, presenting proposals, conducting client visits, and closing deals with MIS reporting
3. Occasionally accompany clients to showcase our propositions and demonstrate strong knowledge of product offerings

Skills:

1. The candidate should be ambitious, with a desire to start their own business in the future, not just job-oriented
2. Must possess excellent persuasive skills to effectively convince customers
3. Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential; educational background is not as important as the passion and drive for success

Earnings Potential:

In the real estate industry, there is potential to earn over 1 lakh per month. Each opportunity is valued in crores, and the intern will receive a percentage share of each deal closed, potentially earning a few lakhs as part of the revenue share for deal closures.
