About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the business analytics and sales teams to create impactful and tailored proposals for prospective clients in B2B sales.
2. Sales Insights: Utilize your understanding of B2B sales dynamics to inform the proposal creation process, ensuring that proposals align with customer needs and sales objectives.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement, contributing to data-driven proposal development.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the business analytics team to provide actionable insights and support the decision-making process for sales strategies.
5. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform the proposal strategy and create competitive proposals.
6. Sales Tools: Assist in improving and maintaining sales tools, templates, and databases that support proposal creation.
7. Reporting: Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing proposal progress and key performance metrics for internal stakeholders.

1. B2B Sales Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and business development.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and extract actionable insights to guide decision-making.

Other requirements
1. Educational Background: Recently graduated, with preference for a BTech, BE, or BSc degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
2. Sales Experience: Experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or business analytics is a plus.
3. Interest in Technology: A passion for emerging technologies and understanding how they impact B2B sales and business operations.
