About the internship
Sandbox is a new age early learning venture, founded and mentored by alumni from IIT & ISB (Ex. Schlumberger/Zomato/Curefit).
Education today is too standardized, producing homogeneous learners with little room for creativity. At Sandbox, we are reimagining early childhood learning by creating highly curated experience centers for children (0-10 years) spaces where they can explore, build, and innovate rather than follow rigid curriculums.
Role: As a business intern, you will work directly with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in building a startup from the ground up. You will wear multiple hats, working across strategy, operations, marketing, research, and product development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to refine the Sandbox model.
2. Assist in launching and scaling new learning centers.
3. Drive branding, social media, and customer engagement.
4. Work on curriculum design and operational processes.
5. Handle day-to-day startup challenges from strategic planning to execution.
