About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Locate recruiters and HR to understand their staffing needs along with skill set requirements; Develop a cordial working relationship such that recruiting mandates are received
2. Prepare graphically enhanced content presentations and client pitch
3. Take ownership and implement the weekly process/work flow which is a combination of lead generation, follow-ups, meetings and mandate closure/MOU signing
4. Support fulfilling the mandates received
5. Support outreach roadshows by setting up engagements at the campus and corporates
6. Look out and reach other potential partners to amplify business objectives
7. Liasing with vendors/service providers whose services we have taken; locate efficient solutions to enhance business development
8. Ideation to leverage existing relationships to expand business revenue
9. As required basis business requirements

The role may involve domestic travel and conveyance. Expenses on actual will be reimbursed.
