We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA industrial trainee to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in accounting, financial operations, and compliance, enabling you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards
2. Prepare necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate a smooth statutory and internal audit
3. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in their resolution to maintain the integrity of financial data
4. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

2. can start the internship between 25th Feb'25 and 1st Apr'25
3. are available for duration of 12 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Complete CA intermediate (both groups) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
2. Should have completed at least 12-18 months of articleship with a reputed firm
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards
4. Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
5. Ensure you are eligible to undertake industrial training as per ICAI regulations, with the CA final examination due in May 2026 or later
6. Commit to full-time availability during the training period
