Assist with Auditing and Assurance: Article Assistants are responsible for assisting senior auditors and managers in performing financial audits of clients. This involves reviewing financial statements, conducting substantive tests, and documenting findings.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements for clients. Ensure adherence to accounting principles, statutory regulations, and compliance standards.
Taxation Support: Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing support during tax audits. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations.
Accounting Support: Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing queries, and sharing financial insights.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various financial topics, industries, and regulations to stay informed and contribute to informed decision-making.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all financial transactions, audits, and client correspondence.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and partners to meet company needs.
