CAD Design Internship

As a CAD design intern at Commixing, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the field of product design and development. We are seeking a talented individual who is proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion 360, and/or Autodesk Inventor to join our dynamic team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the design team to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for new product concepts.
2. Assist in modifying and refining existing designs to improve functionality and aesthetics.
3. Generate technical documentation and specifications for manufacturing processes.
4. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to enhance overall project outcomes.
5. Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
6. Stay up to date on industry trends and software updates to enhance design capabilities.
7. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges to drive innovation within the company.
8. Perform FMEA analysis of designed products and accessories, providing countermeasures for any identified failures.
9. Provide countermeasure reports and CAPA for customer complaints to the QC team, and address production complaints related to manufacturing and finishing.
