Call Quality Auditing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor calls by conducting call audits to ensure adherence to company standards
2. Assess call agents' performance based on established metrics to evaluate efficiency
3. Provide actionable feedback to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction
4. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and trends to share insights
5. Collaborate with teams on process improvements for better growth
6. Ensure compliance with company standards to maintain quality
7. Conduct regular checks on hygiene to ensure workplace cleanliness

Note: For outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and reimburse AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
