Calling And MIS Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our products and services.
2. Maintain detailed records of all calls made, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
3. Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to generate reports and identify trends.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving call performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in the creation and implementation of MIS tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate information sharing.
7. Take ownership of projects and tasks to drive results and contribute to the overall success of the team.
