1. Support in building the product by taking user feedback and understanding user behavior
2. Lead growth of the platform on their campus and on nearby campuses
3. Drive partnerships with relevant micro-influencers, online media platforms and other organizations
4. Execute innovative marketing campaigns and growth hacks to reach the relevant target group
5. Drive customer delight initiatives to build brand awareness
6. Develop creative content for product marketing and customer acquisition
7. Drive offline campus events for the platform to enable brand awareness and participation
8. Track the progress of the above-mentioned initiatives in terms of milestones, timelines, impact, etc.
1. Campus Leaders will be taken through an onboarding exercise to help them understand the company's vision and how the company operates across different functions, to give them a complete picture of how to build a startup
2. They will have exclusive mentorship opportunities with company founders, mentors and their network (consisting of alumni from Mckinsey & Co, Bain & Co, BCG, Citi Bank, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Google, Amazon,
CRED, OYO, Ola, Zomato, Meesho, Flipkart among others, and premier institutes like IITs, IIMs, SRCC, Ivy league etc.)
3. They will have access to learning resources prepared by alumni from the above organisations around consulting, finance, investment banking, startups, MBA, CA, CFA etc.

Rewards and incentives
1. A monthly stipend of up to 15k
(a minimum stipend of Rs. 3k on completing user research and helping us establish a presence in the community/ college, up to 15k for helping us scale to 500 students in the campus)
