The Campus Ambassador s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ideating with Grroom's team with regards to higher reach via implementing ideas that benefit students
2. Being part of grroom;s negotiating teams while discussing MoU's with their college committees.
3. Reaching college students and building sub-communities, reaching out and understanding the thought process of the students.
4. Interacting with thier college influencers for possible collaborations.
There are 4-5 sessions for the Ca's -
1. A session on startups (why, know-how, thought process, etc) (conducted by the founder, who has been called as a guest of honour at MBA colleges)
2. Communication and marketing ( A few book summaries are given and a brief by the marketing department)
3. How to build messages and emails ( We have a set mechanism we teach)
4. How to collaborate and negotiate with Influencers
5. There are personal one on one sessions for good performers
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. can start the part time job/internship between 25th Jan'22 and 1st Mar'22
2. are available for duration of 2 months
3. have relevant skills and interests

About Grroom
We are a fashion-tech startup based out of IIT Bombay using AI and deep learning algorithms. We have raised a seed fund from an investor during COVID-19 and built an extremely exhaustive image recognition software in fashion. We built and tested our prototype.
