2. Engaging with professors, faculty members, and department heads to present ScholarSpace and its benefits.
3. Assisting faculties in listing their academic conferences on ScholarSpace.

Rewards and incentives

1. Earnings: Flat 25% of the revenue earned from their efforts or a minimum of ₹499 per conference listing, whichever is higher.
2. Performance Incentives: The top 5 performers will get an opportunity to join the ScholarSpace team in more significant roles and responsibilities.
