1. Raise community awareness of the VEF social entrepreneurship programs
2. Determine volunteers needed for each local chapter
3. Communicate with VEF HQ and the local team to fulfill objectives, request support, VEF s initiatives, and identify opportunities to strengthen the local chapter
4. Make possible the efforts of the VEF to fundraise and profile the program
5. Work with the local team to plan and host events, identify workshop facilities, organizing times and dates, and arranging catering for the workshops
6. Support volunteer training and development of educational programs
1. Participate in monthly leadership conference calls as well as meet regularly with the VEF executive team (head office) to develop goals and strategies for the success of the local chapter
2. Improve your communication skills and event management skills
3. Enhance your leadership qualities
