We are seeking an enthusiastic and growth-oriented campus recruitment intern to join our dynamic recruitment team. The intern will assist in coordinating campus recruitment activities, engaging with candidates from various institutions, and facilitating smooth recruitment processes. This role offers exposure to diverse recruitment functions and an opportunity to develop key HR skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and establish contact with colleges and universities across the country
2. Schedule and coordinate campus recruitment visits and virtual sessions
3. Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and student organizations
4. Promote job opportunities to students through various channels (emails, presentations, social media)
5. Track and manage candidate pipelines from different institutions
6. Gather and compile candidate data from career fairs and campus events
7. Organize and facilitate online and offline interviews
8. Communicate interview schedules with candidates and panel members
9. Ensure all necessary arrangements for a seamless interview process
10. Maintain up-to-date records of campus recruitment activities and candidate progress
11. Prepare periodic reports on engagement metrics and recruitment outcomes
12. Assist in the documentation of recruitment strategies and process improvements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, business administration, or related fields
2. Strong academic record and a keen interest in campus recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to engage and connect with diverse student populations and academic staff
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
6. Detail-oriented with effective time management skills to meet deadlines
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
8. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
9. Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle confidential information
10. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
11. Willingness to travel to campus locations as required
12. Adaptability to changing recruitment needs and strategies
13. Must be based in Mumbai and ready to learn and perform during the internship
