About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Complying with SEBI requirements as a share transfer agent
2. Handling dematerialization and rematerialization with NSDL/CDSL
3. Handling compliance related to investor grievances with SEBI/stock exchange/depositories
4. Handling compliances as required by NSDL/CDSL
5. Working on e-mail marketing for providing ISIN
6. Working on e-mail marketing for conducting annual general meetings and other video conferencing meetings
