Career Coach Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with learners at a 1:1 level and help them create resumes and LinkedIn content as per their goals, skills, and ambitions.
2. Work with the learner at a 1-on-1 level and help the learner prepare for behavioral interview questions in a structured manner.
3. Manage the coaching calendar with flexibility for requests.
4. Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback.
5. Document the progression of the learners.
6. Communicate with learners and mentors when required via email, Zoom call, or phone call.
7. Create real success stories from learner's lives with the help of powerful coaching support.
