Category Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scale Relevel s SME content creator network to accommodate for all our challenge needs
2. Identify, recruit and activate industry professionals who align with Relevel s proposition, brand ethos and values
3. Negotiate terms with them, ensuring clear expectations on deliverables
4. Analyse, measure and report on all creator activities weekly to evaluate acceptance rates of content generated

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in HR/Business Development/Project Management.
2. Problem-solver with an orientation toward hypotheses and insights
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
5. Strong communication skills; able to communicate and present to a senior as well as cross-functionally
6. Internship/Full-Time experience in EdTech/Recruitech domain is a plus
7. This is an in-person position and relocation to Bangalore is required
