CFD Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform Numerical simulations using in-house high-fidelity tools (Ansys, OpenFOAM)
2. Should be focussed on fluid mechanics, heat transfer and its applications, including industrial systems and energy generation systems
3. Perform CFD and thermal analysis for mechanical systems
4. Provide design engineering services for components and subsystems
5. Provide technical expertise in problem resolution, cost reduction, and quality improvement
6. Support Design team in product design and development activities
7. Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability, and stability
8. Follow best practices for accurate computational efficiency
9. Provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results
10. Perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements
11. Work with the Testing team in developing and executing design verification plans and mechanical testing methods
12. Ensure that product design and performance meet technical and functional requirements
13. Aid in the development of new methods and technology for CFD analysis
14. Maintain complete documentation for CFD analysis and engineering methods
15. Develop process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency
