Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working as an industrial trainee/CA intern with the following requirements and qualifications.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must have passed the CA intermediate examination (IPCC) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed 2 years of articleship in a firm with more than 5 partners and/or 30 articles and aspires to engage in industrial training in the 3rd year - they should be due for the May/Nov 24 attempt of the CA examination
2. Candidates who have completed their articleship and pursuing either one or both groups of final may also apply for the internship
3. Candidates should have working knowledge of GST, TDS, supplier/vendor reconciliations, passing AR/AP/GL entries, and exposure to working in ERP financial systems
4. Should possess strong excel skills, good oral and written communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute
Additional information:
1. Terms of engagement: Should be available to join on or before 1st April 2023 and continue the Internship for a period of 12 months from the date of joining
2. Should be available on-site(in person) for full-time engagement as intern/industrial trainee at IIM Bangalore, Bannerghatta road campus
3. The interns would be eligible to receive a stipend as per the Institute's norms
