Chartered Accountancy (CA) Internship

As an Articled assistant, you will work in the virtual CFO team and assist in financial management, client support, and compliance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Financial management and strategy:
1. Assisting in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Supporting financial decision-making and growth strategies.

B. Reporting & investor relations:
1. Preparing MIS reports, investor reporting, and financial presentations.

C. Compliance & regulatory filings:
1. Preparing and filing GST returns, TDS, and income tax.
2. Assisting in company secretarial work and ROC filings.
3. Managing compliance (FEMA, RBI, ESOP, labor laws, etc.).

D. Accounting & operations:
1. Payroll processing.
2. Bookkeeping & financial record maintenance.
3. GST & TDS reconciliation.
4. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) & system automation.
