About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in tax compliances for Comviva's Indian entity that includes a timely deposit of monthly TDS, service tax/VAT liabilities, filing of income-tax and service tax/VAT (GST) returns, tax audits, and TP filings
2. Assisting in timely tax compliances for overseas branches/subsidiaries, whilst ensuring timely deposit of WHT, VAT, provisional taxes, and provisional/final income tax returns
3. Coordinating with tax consultants in various countries to ensure that tax strategies and tax compliances are met
4. Representing before direct/indirect tax authorities in tax litigation matters on a need basis
5. Coordinating with the tax consultants/attorneys on the ongoing tax litigations for branches/subsidiaries and for Comviva's Indian entity

Added requirements

1. Must be a CA with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience

2. Must have completed 2 years of articleship and should be looking for an internship

3. Must have experience in managing tax compliances like a monthly deposit of WHT, VAT, provisional taxes, filing tax returns, etc.

4. Must have effective oral and written communication skills
