About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle income tax, GST & ROC compliances, e-filing
2. Work on statutory/internal audits, including field audits(outstation audits (can be relaxed for female candidates)
3. Handle administrative, banking /MF & share form fill-up & Misc office work involving coordination with clients/ bank/financial institutions, etc.
4. Work on the preparation of financial statements in tally/Excel, Report preparation; legal document drafting

Note:

1. The stipend mentioned here is applicable for 1st year and will increase every 6 m (half-yearly appraisal followed here) thereafter based on performance.
2. Reimbursements such as telecom (voice & internet), traveling (office to client site & vice versa), and CA Exam fees for needy candidates (we are contemplating more such facilities to be introduced)
3. Only the persons who will work full time and with full dedication are welcome. Exam leave will be allowed @ 30 days per group excl. Exam days for the first attempt and will be discussed and accommodated thereafter based on the work schedule.
4. Work productivity is performance-based, and not by mere office attendance.
5. We are happy to inspire and allow leave (to a lesser extent) for another exam/course as well, subject to non-disruption of work sch. The tuition schedules should be discussed & fixed beforehand to avoid the inconvenience of the superior/peers. Teamwork will supersede individual preferences.

Additional Information

Outstation audit allowances(per diem), reimbursement of travel expenses for client visits, and half-yearly incentives. Corporate-sponsored training, financial assistance in taking professional courses, attending professional seminars at company cost, discretionary assistance (financial and granting of leave) for purchasing books, and attending classes/tuitions/exams. The candidate can be absorbed as an accounts trainee and will be involved in local accounting, outstation audits, and maintaining books of accounts for clients. He will be inspired to learn and do share trading for the company investments and also for some selected clients. He/she will get exposure in diverse industries and also internships with associate concerns, learning skills in IT and ERP. He/she needs to do 10 min work on behalf of clients if required.
