About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare precise and detailed BOQs for office interior projects using AI-supported tools.
2. Utilize AI-based applications to automate quantity takeoffs, material calculations, and cost estimations.
3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization in BOQ documentation.
4. Collaborate with the design and procurement teams for cost-effective solutions.
5. Keep updated with the latest AI advancements in BOQ preparation and implement best practices.
6. Work under strict timelines and maintain high efficiency in delivering BOQs.

1. Pursuing or completing a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.

2. Basic to advanced knowledge of AI tools used in BOQ preparation.

3. Analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

4. Strong learning attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software is a plus.
