About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drive new donor acquisition as the primary responsibility
2. Increase the supporter base for CESS by recruiting potential individual philanthropists and organizations
3. Generate leads of donors, including UHNIs, HNIs, and mid-high income individuals, from digital sources
4. Monitor city events where potential donors gather for social or business purposes
5. Identify opportunities to establish endowment funds named after senior family members of potential donors
6. Develop video collaterals and vocal pitch content to emotionally connect with potential donors, highlighting CESS and its activities
7. Create and implement campaigns (online and offline) demonstrating the impact of CESS projects to attract fresh leads, convert leads into supporters, supporters into donors, and deepen relationships
8. Conduct in-depth web searches and identify opportunities for connection
