About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist clients in person, on email, or telephonic-ally
2. Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
3. Coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials
4. Compile and maintain records on client accounts
5. Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions
6. Escalate complaints to relevant departments
7. Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs
8. Build and maintain close relationships with clients
