Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating events created for clients, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves working closely with various teams including execution teams, hosts, ambassadors, and NGOs to ensure logistical arrangements, permissions, and other event-related tasks are handled effectively.
1. Assist in creating events on different portals.
2. Coordinate with execution teams, hosts, and ambassadors across locations to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Manage logistics including venue bookings, transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements.
4. Obtain necessary permissions, including SEZ permissions, for events as required.
5. Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for events.
b. NGO Alignment and Communication:
1. Collaborate with NGOs to ensure alignment with event objectives.
2. Coordinate updates such as permission letters, acknowledgment letters, and other documentation as required by NGOs.
c. Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of event details, attendance, and pictures.
2. Generate impact reports on event metrics and outcomes as needed.
