About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping to ensure accurate accounting
2. Support in performing bank reconciliation and verifying transactions for financial accuracy
3. Process invoices, track expenses, and manage payments for smooth financial operations
4. Help in preparing and filing GST returns to ensure tax compliance
5. Assist with calculating TDS and maintaining compliance with tax regulations
6. Maintain tax-related records and support audit processes for regulatory adherence
7. Schedule and manage client appointments to ensure timely financial and tax consultations
8. Organize and maintain financial and tax documents for easy accessibility and compliance
9. Coordinate office tasks and maintain compliance checklists to streamline operations
10. Interact with clients for document collection and query resolution to facilitate smooth processing
11. Communicate tax deadlines and compliance requirements to keep clients informed
12. Follow up on pending payments, filings, and submissions to ensure timely completion
