Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns.
2. Maintain and update the client database using MS Excel to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings using MS Word to showcase our services and offerings.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients to build long-lasting relationships.
6. Assist in organizing client events and workshops to showcase our products and services.
7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new client opportunities and expand our client base.
