At Socialion Media, we help brands scale with organic content strategies that actually work. We're looking for a client management intern who can be the bridge between our clients and our team ensuring smooth communication, delivering on time, and keeping clients happy!
1. Client communication - Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
2. Project coordination - Collaborate with the internal team to relay client feedback, requests, and expectations clearly and efficiently.
3. Timely deliverables - Track deadlines and ensure clients receive updates, content approvals, and strategy insights on time.
4. Client relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
5. Tracking & reporting - Maintain records of client results for case studies, testimonials, and social proof.
6. Problem-solving - Identify and resolve potential issues, bottlenecks, or roadblocks before they escalate.
7. Upselling & growth - Recognize opportunities for clients to expand services and collaborate with sales to maximize value.
