As part of the customer onboarding team, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Owning and managing customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
2. Developing measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation
3. Creating initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
4. Working with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
5. Responding to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation
6. Completing video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process
7. Creating repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Apr'24 and 19th May'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
