As part of the customer onboarding team, you will educate new and existing customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Owning and managing customer relationships and understanding the impact of successful on-boarding (app download, app journey, app adoption)
2. Working with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
3. Responding to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding product adoption
4. Addressing customers on-boarding concerns online, one-on-one and in groups
5. Creating digital online collateral for on-boarding process

1. Be comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking, high-energy environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
2. A basic understanding of the sales process.
3. Strong presentation and communication skills.
4. Hands-on with Google, Office Suite, and computer skills.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
1. Working days: 6 days a week.
2. Work hours: 11 am to 8 pm.
