About the internship
As a client relations executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. You will work closely with various internal teams to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by serving as their main point of contact
2. Understand client needs and expectations, provide tailored solutions, and recommend appropriate products or services
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure the delivery of services and products according to client specifications
4. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction
5. Monitor client accounts, ensure their needs are being met, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
6. Collaborate with the sales team to support new client acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
7. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and ensure timely delivery of services
8. Track and report on client account status, including performance metrics, satisfaction levels, and opportunities for improvement
9. Organize regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss project progress, results, and future opportunities
10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and correspondence using CRM software
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and client needs to provide relevant insights and solutions

Other requirements
1. Candidates with experience in client services, account management, or relationship management are a plus
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to client issues
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
5. Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs
6. Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
7. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client information and track interactions
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, etc.) to deliver successful outcomes
9. Knowledge of the industry and products/services relevant to the clients served
