3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze client data to identify trends and improve services.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
5. Provide support in organizing client events and meetings to enhance engagement.
6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
7. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
