Client Relationship Management & Engagement Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administer & support our clients and at the same time generate leads through social media channels
2. Manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals and help our clients achieve the best results
3. Handle our client calls & social media presence ensuring data quality with high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
4. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
5. Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
6. Set specific objectives and report on ROI
7. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
8. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
9. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales to ensure brand consistency
10. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
11. Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
12. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
13. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
