Client Relationship Manager Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
2. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
3. Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns.
4. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Assist in creating and updating client profiles and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to improve our services.
7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in client relationship management.
