The individual in this position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction. This role also involves leveraging sales tactics to convert inquiries into orders and retain existing business. Due to the high value of orders processed, the specialist must have a strong grasp of both service and sales functions to drive revenue growth while ensuring client loyalty.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide top-notch client service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns promptly
2. Convert inquiries into sales, leveraging persuasive communication and understanding client needs
3. Retain and grow existing client accounts by offering solutions and upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services
4. Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products, services, and value propositions
5. Ensure all client interactions reflect the brand's voice and values
6. Monitor and report on sales and service metrics, using data to improve strategies and tactics
