As a Client Servicing Intern at Enseur, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients and help deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your communication skills, both written and spoken, will be vital in effectively liaising between clients and internal teams. Proficiency in MS-Office is essential for managing client data and preparing reports.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and providing support as needed.
2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and resolve issues.
3. Prepare client reports, presentations, and proposals using MS-Office tools.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
5. Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights for client strategies and campaigns.
7. Assist in developing and implementing client servicing strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
