Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding Client requirements, modifications, brief & event objectives
2. Acting as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
3. Generating repeat business from existing clients, managing client relationships & selling promotional marketing services
4. Ensuring a good turn-around time & quality output
5. Sending Delivery Reports, maintaining the project tracker, updating account files, and ensuring follow-up procedures
6. Creating cost estimations, negotiating with clients & closing the deal
7. Understanding the marketing plan & budgetary guidelines for client negotiations
8. Making PPT/ Keynote & PDF presentations & commercial outlay of events
9. Participating in marketing strategies & sales plans
10. Market Intelligence: Identifying and analyzing competition and staying abreast with the latest event trends
11. Excellent communication skills
