Client Relationship Management

-Assist in maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
-Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
-Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

Project Coordination & Execution

-Support in executing client projects as per agreed timelines.
-Coordinate between internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and clients.
-Ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Briefing & Requirement Gathering

-Assist in gathering client requirements and creating clear briefs.
-Work with internal teams to ensure proper execution of client requests.

Presentation & Reporting

-Prepare client presentations, reports, and status updates.
-Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and insights.

Feedback & Issue Resolution

-Collect and document client feedback for improvement.
-Assist in resolving client issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

Budgeting & Documentation Support

-Assist in tracking budgets, invoices, and client approvals.
-Maintain records of client communications, contracts, and deliverables.
