Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on storyboards and sales drives
2. Support the corporate sales team or business development teams in servicing accounts as soon as it comes to execution
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction with the organization's product or service
4. Connect the agency's creative efforts with that of the advertiser's need on social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
5. Work on email marketing, affiliate marketing, Google AdWords & more
6. Work on brainstorming on both the edges of work
7. Make sure the requirements are met in a timely and service-oriented manner

Our ideal candidate will be:

1. Customer-centric: Must seek, process, and execute client requests and product orders
2. Go-to-person: Must have all answers to queries regarding products/services and processes and if required, can direct them to the account manager
3. Pro at Functionality: Must assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
4. Coordinator: Must coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
6. Maintains trackers and reports for client interaction, product/ service usage, etc.
7. Collects feedback and resolve client complaints
