1. Monitoring day-to-day operations
2. Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
3. Emphasizing to enhance the clients' satisfaction
4. Monitoring speed of delivery, volume, and the root cause of fluctuation
5. Coordinating directly with clients and operating and billing clients
6. Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements, and providing the best solutions to the business
7. Meeting with prospective clients to enhance the base
8. Conducting team meetings to address day to constrains
9. Tapping grey areas of concern and implementing needful actions to sort ASAP
10. Working on NDR management and performance report evaluation
11. Sharing MIS reports with allocated clients
12. Conducting NPS survey both internally & externally
13. Providing proactive input in external & internal flaws/changes
14. Analyzing results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources
15. Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
