Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure smooth fulfillment of services by communicating with customers and partner coaches throughout the delivery process.
2. Assist coaches and customers with onboarding onto the platform.
3. Seek, process, and execute client requests efficiently.
4. Follow up with customers and partner coaches to gather feedback.
5. Assist with regular engagement activities for partner coaches.
6. Create and maintain reports for customer and coach requests, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics.
7. Assist with data management and analytics to support business operations.
