As a client servicing intern, you'll be helping thousands of candidates in launching their careers. You'll do this by gathering the hiring requirements from Internshala's corporate clients, getting applications and putting the appropriate job seekers in touch with these companies. In doing so, you will acquire excellent attention to detail, marketing and communication skills, and target-driven behavior. In addition, you'll be building valuable transferable skills like teamwork, confidence, and time management that you'll find useful in many facets of your life.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the hiring requirements of the corporate clients in their entirety
2. Developing an end-to-end hiring strategy to discover applicants that meet the client's requirements and screen the top ones to create a list of final shortlists
3. Be the point of contact of the training & placement heads
4. Expanding and building the database of jobseekers at Internshala
5. Brainstorming new ideas to optimize the candidate screening process
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Dec'22 and 12th Jan'23
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
