About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a database of members including updates and any changes required.
2. Sourcing connects/data from the system of relevant speakers for conferences.
3. Assisting the team in venue planning, menu selection, table tents, name cards, and any gift items to be procured, etc.
4. Following up, calling members and taking confirmations.
