Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to gather necessary documentation and complete client onboarding requirements.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives, preferences, and specific requirements.
4. Work closely with internal teams to set up client accounts, establish product configurations, and configure systems as per client specifications.
5. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that arise.
6. Conduct training sessions or facilitate product demonstrations to familiarize clients with our products, services, and platforms.
