The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and hard working team person with a keen interest in the advertising and events industry, ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns, corporate films and event projects
2. Manage client communication and address client queries.Meet and interact with existing and potential clients
3. Make presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
4. Facilitate and monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Assist in the logistical planning and operational aspects of events
6. Support the operations team with venue coordination, vendor management, and onsite execution
Have the flexibility to put in additional effort from time to time to ensure that client expectations are met
