As a Client Servicing intern at Weave Communications & Events Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the exciting field of digital marketing. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
2. Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives.
3. Utilize MS-Office tools to organize and analyze client data, creating insightful reports for team and client review.
4. Support the team in coordinating and managing events, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operations.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various digital platforms.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends for client projects.
7. Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the client servicing department.
8. Manage interesting as well boring assignments of various campaigns.
