About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
2. Acting as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates
3. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, creative, and production, to deliver on client expectations
4. Managing project timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring quality control
5. Preparing and presenting reports on client interactions, feedback, and service improvement suggestions
