About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to the paid leads on a day-to-day basis directly (face-to-face)
2. Engage the customer on the platform & resolve issues, if any
3. Understand the pain points of the users, empathize, and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to use it
4. Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with potential prospects that have been identified and build positive relationships with them for future scope of upsell & cross sale
5. Ensure that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users
6. Assist new customers on the queries, creating interests in new/upgraded product offerings
7. Build a good professional relation with the existing users to ensure they continue using our product on a long-term basis, resulting in enhanced renewals
8. Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any changes on the product

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th Sep'22 and 24th Oct'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, Gorakhpur, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Karimnagar, Surat, Visakhapatnam, Vadodara, Jaipur, Vijayawada, Raipur, Kanpur, Davanagere, Mysorepatta and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Minimum 2-4 years of one-to-one client facing experience role

2. Should have his own vehicle (2/4 wheeler) with valid license

3. Should have completed graduation

4. Decent English, Hindi or other regional language proficiency

5. Should be a go getter with a love for achieving targets

6. Should be friendly and at same time a professional goal-oriented person

7. Very energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
