About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend to new clients
2. Understand client tasks and handing it over to the fulfilment team
3. Ensure on-time delivery of content
4. Understand and resolve client requests at the earliest
5. Ensure client retention
6. Acquire new clients
7. Help the team meet its organizational targets

Note:

1. Location - Sector 3, Gurgaon
2. You will be required to work in a fast-moving work environment as a part of the operations team
3. This will be a client-facing position and you'll be working in the day or night shift as decided by the company
